Refund Policy

Overview

Our products sold from the website are digital and as such cannot be refunded. If transfer of the
digital product is incomplete reach out to us for rectification. We will require a receipt and will
aim to respond to your queries within 5 business days.


Refund Statement


Because the products we offer are digital, your purchase is not eligible for a refund other than in
the following situations.

 

  • There is a technical problem with the product.

    • First, please reach out with specific information about the technical issue. If youencounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files that cannot beresolved, please let us know. Note: Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a partial refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created.

  • The product was misrepresented in the description.

    • We consider an item to be "misrepresented" when the delivered item does not

match the described function in the product description, or when an item stated
to be included is not delivered. Misrepresentation does not include subjective
opinions on the quality or appearance of an item.


Refund Terms and Conditions

  • To request a partial refund for your purchase, please email us at reachus@storyshyft.com and request a partial refund within 7 days after the date of the purchase.

  • We can only issue a partial refund to the same card or account from which the donation was made. This includes all credit and debit card payments, as well as all other payment methods currently available on our website. The transaction fees will be excluded from the refund


Requesting a Refund


If you wish to request a refund, email us and provide: 

● Your full name,
● the email address provided when making the purchase,
● your country of residence,
● your phone number,
● your receipt ,
● the amount of the relevant purchase,
● payment method, and
● all relevant circumstances justifying your request.

Upon receipt we will review your request and endeavour to respond to you within five (5)
business days. If the request is accepted, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Please
note that it may take 10-14 business days until a refund reaches your account.


Late or Missing Refunds


If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially
posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
